All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, correct pricing errors, change product availability, or cancel orders affected by errors or suspected fraud.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and the order has been confirmed. Inkgenie may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspicious activity, or inaccurate customer information.

6. Shipping

Inkgenie provides free shipping on orders over $50 to eligible addresses within the United States. A $4.95 fee applies to orders under $50.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated standard delivery time is 3–9 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, inventory availability, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been opened, installed, used, damaged by misuse, or ordered for an incompatible printer may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Limited Warranty

Inkgenie products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

The warranty does not cover incorrect purchases, incompatible products, improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, printer-related issues, altered products, refilled products, or claims without valid order information.
