Inkgenie products are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

If a product is confirmed to have a material, manufacturing or performance defect under normal installation and reasonable use, Inkgenie may provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

The warranty does not cover:

• Products ordered for an incompatible printer;
• Incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage or improper handling;
• Products that have been altered, disassembled, refilled or repaired without authorization;
• Issues caused by the printer, printer settings or maintenance conditions;
• Claims without valid order information or required supporting materials; or
• Claims submitted after the two-year warranty period.

Inkgenie may require basic troubleshooting, a printer status page, error information or print samples before approving a warranty claim.
