HP 62 Black/Tri-Color Ink Cartridges (2 Pack)

The printer said there was a cartridge problem. Could not correct it. I removed the cartridge and started over the printer remained not working. I have always used HP PRODUCTS. I want to return but product.thank time for return has passed. I had not needed when I purchased it. Therefore it has been several months in retail box unopened until 1 week ago. I would like to have a $54.00+ return or replacement with same cartridge.

Arrived quickly and works perfectly

Great ink would order again

I had been using HP Instant Ink, but when I overshot my page limit, I decided to drop that program and buy my ink from Amazon. Though there are other products from different companies, I trust HP ink over them, and will continue to purchase my ink from Amazon.

Great Product.. Works as described!

Factory OEM cartridges work perfect

It’s ink…it works, not sure what else to say. Colors are all as they say they are…

It is necessary to use authentic HP product, otherwise your computer might not recognize the product and it won't work

Hp ink does a great job on just about any project. It's prints a good looking photo or document. The 2 pack is a good bargain.

Good product less cost

I always prefer using genuine HP ink cartridges in my printer, and this combo pack performed exactly as expected. Installation was quick and easy, and the printer recognized both cartridges immediately without any issues. The print quality is excellent, with crisp black text and vibrant, accurate colors. Whether printing documents, school papers, or occasional photos, the results have been consistently clear and professional looking.I also appreciate the convenience of having both the black and tri-color cartridges in one package. It's an easy way to keep replacement ink on hand and avoid running out unexpectedly.Overall, these are dependable ink cartridges that provide reliable performance and high-quality prints. While genuine ink is often more expensive than alternatives, I've found it to be worth it for the consistent results.

It’s ink, it works for what it is intended and it fits my printer like it’s supposed to. Make sure you get the correct size for your printer because it does tell you what you can use it for. It lasted a long time because we barely print but that means it also doesn’t dry out after a while. We didn’t have any printer errors or printer damage due to understanding what is for our printer.
